Terms of Service

Plain English

• You sign up, you connect your Mac, you control it through Claude. Don't break the law with it. Don't try to break our system.
• Free tier is free. Pro/Team is monthly via Stripe; cancel anytime, no proration on partial months.
• We can suspend you for non-payment, abuse, or repeated security violations. We'll email first if it's not an emergency.
• We try hard but don't guarantee zero downtime. We're not liable for losses caused by our service being down.
• You own your data. We process it under the Privacy Policy.

1. Service

LiveBridge ("we", "us") provides a cloud relay and Mac daemon that let you operate a Mac you control from a Claude.ai conversation. The service runs at livebridge.cloud and its subdomains.

2. Account

You must provide accurate sign-up information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for actions taken under your account, including by anyone you authorize.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to break any law, infringe rights, or distribute malware.
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or security controls.
• Resell or sub-license the service without our written agreement.
• Reverse engineer the relay or its security mechanisms.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method until you cancel.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no proration.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case at our discretion.
• Pricing can change with 30-day email notice for existing subscribers.

5. Your data

You own all data you submit through the service. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and route that data for the sole purpose of operating the service. See Privacy for retention.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) US$100 or (b) what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. We will not refund unused prepaid time except where required by law. Sections 5–9 survive termination.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business entity is registered. Disputes are resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.

10. Changes

We can change these terms with 30-day email notice for material changes. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new version.
