Privacy Policy

We collect what's necessary to run the service, retain it only as long as your plan dictates, and never sell it.

What we collect

Account info: email, name (optional), hashed password OR OAuth provider account id.
Connector metadata: device fingerprint hash, hostname, OS platform, capabilities advertised by your daemon.
Tool call traffic: text of commands you (via Claude) send to your Mac, and the output your Mac returns. Screenshots, file diffs, terminal logs that Claude requests.
Operational telemetry: heartbeats, error counts, request latency. No content; just counters.
Billing info: handled entirely by Stripe. We see only the customer ID and subscription status — never your card.

To deliver the service (every item above is on the critical path).
To debug failures and improve reliability (error logs, latency).
To enforce plan limits (daemon count, daily request count).
To send you account-related email (welcome, verification, password reset, billing receipts).

Three subprocessors only:

We don't sell data and don't run third-party ad/analytics trackers on this site or in the dashboard.

Access: email hello@livebridge.cloud for an export.
Deletion: delete your account from Settings (or email us). We purge within 30 days, except Stripe billing records (legal hold).
Correction: edit profile in the dashboard.
Portability: your data export comes as JSON.

LiveBridge is not directed at users under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

If we change anything material, we'll email account holders 30 days before it takes effect.
